The short answer
You can ask AI about your health records in Ayu by voice or by typing, in Hindi, Marathi or English. Open the chat and it suggests questions from your own records. Ayu answers from your reports, with your own readings, and a chart shows every reading by date. It is not a general health chatbot. It works from what you have uploaded.
The first video is the animated walkthrough in English. The second is Om, Ayu's founder, using Ask Ayu on his own phone. Both are part of the series of all 15 tutorials.
Your reports say a lot, but nobody reads them with you
A file of reports holds many answers. Is the sugar going up or down? What was the HbA1c last time? Which medicines are you on? To find out, you open each paper and compare dates by eye.
Many families also do this in a language that is not English. A parent may want to ask in Hindi or Marathi and may find typing hard. Ask Ayu is built for that. It remembers your medicines and conditions from the reports you have uploaded, and you can simply ask.
How to ask AI about your records, step by step
- Upload your reports first, so Ayu has something to work from. See how to scan old prescriptions and reports.
- Open Ask Ayu. It shows questions you could ask, based on your own documents. In Om's film these included an acne document, a diabetes document and a urology document.
- To speak, tap the chat audio button and ask in Hindi, Marathi or any Indian language.
- Or type your question. Om types: can you tell me the diabetes trend which I have?
- Read the answer. Ayu pulls the values from your documents, such as sugar and HbA1c, and shows a detailed section.
- Tap once to open the whole graph, which shows every reading by date.

What you will see
| Step | What you see |
|---|---|
| Open Ask Ayu | Suggested questions that depend on your uploaded documents |
| Tap the audio button | A way to ask by voice in your own language |
| Ask about a trend | The relevant values pulled from your documents |
| Read the detail | A detailed section with your own readings |
| Tap the chart | The whole graph, with every reading by date |
One honest limitation
The answers are only as good as the reports behind them. Ayu reads your papers with AI, and AI can misread a value or a date, and an answer can be wrong. Do not treat an answer as final. Check the reading against the original paper, and take any real question about your health to your doctor.
Ask Ayu also works from your own records. If you have not uploaded a report on a topic, it has nothing of yours to answer from.
